We would like to sincerely thank Yorgos Taxiarchopoulos and Limassol Municipal Arts Center - Apothikes Papadaki for welcoming us on Saturday, 13 September.
We are also grateful to everyone who joined the event. With each gathering, and with each of you, our community grows stronger and more connected. Your presence and participation make these moments meaningful, and we are excited to carry this spirit forward into our future events.

A special thanks goes to Yorgos Taxiarchopoulos for sharing his artistic journey with us. Hearing his perspective as a curator, art director, artist and policy expert on the role of art in today’s world was inspiring and thought-provoking. His openness gave us a valuable reminder of how art continues to reflect and influence the times we live in, and in turn is influenced by political and economic forces.
George Taxiarchopoulos is an award-winning visual artist and internationally certified art expert for Visual Arts, Arts and Crafts and Cultural Heritage. Recognized internationally as an artist, he was awarded the 8th International Prize for Young Creators by LVMH (Paris 2002) and the 1st Pan-Hellenic Prize for Greek Artists by the Yiannis & Zoi Spyropoulos Foundation Award (Athens 2003).
Currently, he is the Artistic Director of the Limassol Municipal Arts Centre - Apothikes Papadaki. He has held leadership roles as President of the EUNIC Cluster Cyprus and Authorized Representative - Cultural Ambassador of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture in Cyprus.
The Limassol Municipal Arts Centre - Apothikes Papadaki is a converted historic warehouse in the heart of Limassol. With its raw industrial aesthetic and cultural legacy, the space is the perfect setting to experience the city’s cultural heritage and contemporary art.
