Advisory Board
The Advisory Board of ART.Cy coordinates and supports the planning of our annual Art Conference and Exhibition, the ART.Cy Summit as well as our annual programme of activities. Membership in the Board is by invitation only. The Board Members for 2026 are:
Natalia Kardash, PhD
Businesswoman. Publisher. Business Club Founder.
Natalia is a well-known publisher and events manager based in Limassol, Cyprus. She is the Founder of the Successful Business Leaders' Club; as well as the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the Vestnik Kipra Newspaper and Successful Business Magazine. She is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board, Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Cyprus; as well as Honorary Fellow Member, CIM Cyprus Business School.
Aleksandra Poliakova
Art Curator & Historian

Aleksandra Poliakova earned her Bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern History (the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the St. Petersburg State University), specializing in the History of Turkey. She also completed a four-year art course at the State Hermitage Museum, where she co-authored a collection of articles exploring the history of the St. Valerie reliquary housed in the Hermitage. In the years followed, Aleksandra furthered her education with courses at the University of Leeds, KLC School of Design, and the Università Bocconi, Milan. Aleksandra served as an assistant curator for the Larnaca Biennale 2023 and several international exhibitions in the Netherlands over the past two years, including the North Sea Jazz Festival 2024 in Rotterdam.
Anna Roman
Consultant. Finance. Philanthropy & Art.

Anna earned degrees in Applied Mathematics and Business Administration, as well as Visual Arts and History of Art diplomas from the School of Fine Arts and Design (State of NY).
Anna has had a long career in international consulting and finance, with a special interest in art and philanthropy. She is the Vice President of the “Limassol Palette” NGO as well as vice-president of “Association of Mediterranean Artists (AMA)”, Anna has also launched her own charitable project “Business Ladies Painting” in 2015 and was supported in this endeavor by the Limassol Municipality as well as by his Excellency, the President of the Republic of Cyprus.
