Cyprus Orbits brings island-inspired art to Limassol

Cyprus Orbits brings island-inspired art to Limassol

A group exhibition at XeniArtSpace, Cyprus Orbits, opened on 17 May, showcasing the creative synergy of artists whose paths intersect through Cyprus. The show runs until 26 July 2025, at the gallery’s venue in the Trilogy West Tower.

The exhibition, curated by the XeniArtSpace team in collaboration with George Taxiarchopoulos, director at the Limassol Municipal Art Centre-Apothikes Papadaki, founder of ACEY Europe, features approximately 27 artists—ranging from Cyprus to international artists.

The exhibition includes a dynamic collection of both emerging and established Cypriot artists:

Alexandros Yiorkadjis, whose career spans significant recognition in Italy and Cyprus, with works featured at the Venice architecture Biennale and across Europe. His sculptural and mixed-media pieces explore identity and place.

Andrea Evangelou, known for her process-focused paintings that meld texture and emotion into contemplative abstractions.

Elizabeth Nenarokov, a ceramist originally from London, whose transformative wall sculptures channel synesthetic experiences and spiritual reflection—now rooted in her Pafos studio practice.

Other participating artists include Pascalis Anastasi, Nicolas Polychronis, Nikolas Antoniou, Themis Themistokleous, Michalis Theodosiou, Renos Loizou (posthumously), Andreas Kalli, Nata Chebarkova, and more.
