ART.Cy Field Trip to Olga McNamara and Ludmila Budanov Exhibition “Route Changed” on Saturday, 23 May 2026

ART.Cy is pleased to announce an upcoming field trip to Route Changed, taking place on Saturday, 23 May at 18:00 at the Aphrodite Amathusia Cultural Center in Limassol.

Route Changed brings together Ludmila Budanova and Olga McNamara, two artists for whom painting is both a material and reflective process. The exhibition reflects and highlights an ongoing professional dialogue shaped through exhibitions, publications, and recognition within the contemporary art field.

Ludmila Budanova’s work is defined by a sense of wholeness and inner stability, where colour, light, and form exist in careful balance. In contrast, Olga McNamara constructs her compositions through layering and precision, allowing images to emerge gradually through a dialogue between movement and stillness.

Together, their works form a cohesive field of contemporary abstraction that is thoughtful, nuanced, and visually compelling. Each piece is conceived as a museum quality work, suitable for both collecting and integration into contemporary interiors.
