ART.Cy Field Trip to Chemisov Art Gallery: Felix Volossenkov and Cypriot Artists

Our recent ART.Cy field trip took place at the Minthis Hills resort, home to the Chemisov Art Gallery. We are grateful to Mr. Igor Chemisov for hosting a warm welcome. Participants had the opportunity to experience an inspiring collection of artworks by Felix Volossenkov (1944–2025), a distinguished Russian painter celebrated for his dynamic and expressive visual language.

In addition, we explored the exhibition “Body Language: Gestures of the Unspoken”, which showcased works by talented Cypriot artists Aristos Chrostoforou, George Patsalides, and Nikolas Antoniou.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us for this experience and look forward to welcoming you again at our next field trip on 22 November to Kapopoulos Fine Arts Gallery in Limassol.
