Rita Dagher Mekanna to participate in ART.Cy 2026

ART.Cy is happy to announce that for the second year, Rita Dagher Mekanna will participate in the upcoming ART.Cy 2026 Art Exhibition & Conference, set to take place at the Amara Hotel in Limassol on 14–15 March.

Rita Dagher Mekanna is a distinguished Lebanese visual artist, educator, and cultural figure with over 25 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from ALBA and is the founder of L’Atelier des Beaux-Arts – Rita D. Mekanna, a certified academy that has mentored thousands of students and organized more than 100 exhibitions. Based between Lebanon, Dubai, and Cyprus, she continues to foster creative dialogue across cultures.

Her artistic practice combines mixed media, sculpture, and contemporary linear forms to explore the human experience, nature, and metaphysical themes. Her emotionally charged works have been exhibited internationally, including in Lebanon, France, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Cyprus.

Beyond her studio practice, Rita has contributed extensively to arts education and cultural outreach, teaching in leading French-speaking institutions and hosting the television program Young Artist on Lebanon’s New TV.
