Cyprus-based abstract expressionist Olga McNamara has been officially selected to participate in World Art Dubai 2026, one of the Middle East’s most influential international art fairs. The event will take place from 23 to 26 April 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, gathering over 400 galleries and independent artists from more than 60 countries.

McNamara, known for her emotionally charged large-scale abstractions and distinctive colour language rooted in Mediterranean light, will represent Cyprus with a new series created specifically for the Dubai fair. Her upcoming collection blends deep turquoise–jade tones, anthracite textures, and shimmering matte gold accents — a palette resonating with Dubai’s contemporary aesthetic and the region’s demand for high-impact, statement artworks.
Her presence at World Art Dubai follows a year of growing international recognition, including exhibitions at the London Art Biennale 2025, ArtSource Dublin. McNamara’s work has also appeared in curated publications and institutional selections, solidifying her position as one of the noteworthy emerging artists from Cyprus with an expanding global audience.
