Artist Spotlight: Marilena Christodoulou at ART.Cy 2026

Marilena Christodoulou was among the participating artists at ART.Cy 2026, presenting a powerful and emotionally charged body of work rooted in expressionism. Her compositions stood out for their raw intensity, intimate narratives, and exploration of the human condition.

Working across painting, drawing, photography, and mixed media, her practice centres on the human body as both subject and metaphor. Through themes of desire, vulnerability, grief, and transformation, she creates works that capture the immediacy of emotion and the depth of personal experience.
