ART.Cy Field Trip to Maria Kyprianou and Valentinos Vassiliou Studios in Limassol on Saturday, 18 July.

ART.Cy is excited to announce an upcoming field trip on Saturday, 18 July, offering a unique opportunity to visit the studios of Maria Kyprianou and Valentinos Vassiliou. As part of its ongoing programme of cultural visits, ART.Cy invites the public to join this special experience in Limassol.

The objective of this field trip is to meet the artists in person, explore their creative spaces, and gain insight into how they work and what inspires their practice. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with the artists, ask questions, and experience their work within the context of their studios.

The visit to Maria Kyprianou’s studio will begin at 17:00, followed by the visit to Valentinos Vassiliou’s studio at 18:00.

Maria Kyprianou is a visual artist known for her multidisciplinary approach, combining concept and material to create works that reflect personal and cultural narratives. Her practice is rooted in observation and research.

Valentinos Vassiliou is a contemporary Cypriot artist whose practice explores materiality and form through a distinctive visual language. His work often reflects a deep engagement with process and experimentation, offering viewers a thoughtful exploration of artistic expression.

Following the studio visits, all participants are welcome to join for a drink in Limassol’s old town to continue conversations around art, life, and to network with fellow participants.

ART.Cy continues to organise field trips aimed at connecting audiences with artists and cultural spaces across the island. Everyone is welcome to attend, and participation is free.
