Papiestro

Papiestro is a self-taught contemporary abstract artist whose practice combines dense, textural abstractions and bold geometric compositions with a parallel series of neo-pop character works. Using saturated colour, impasto surfaces and graphic detail, his paintings move between wild floral fields, fractured urban maps and surreal figures, creating striking statement pieces that balance chaos, humour and control.

 

Working intuitively, he builds each canvas layer by layer, allowing shapes and patterns to emerge as a kind of visual diary. The result is a vivid, highly personal universe where inner noise is translated into colour, form and attitude.
