Maro Morpho

Maro Morpho is a Zimbabwean-born artist based in Limassol, Cyprus. Working in oil on canvas, she creates bold, textured paintings centred on nature and transformation. Her work is defined by vibrant colour, expressive movement, and confident impasto techniques, with butterflies and the natural world central to her visual language.

 

Her intuitive, emotionally driven practice explores themes of freedom, resilience, and rebirth, inviting viewers to experience nature as a space of healing, strength, and renewal. She has held private exhibitions in Limassol and participated in group exhibitions in Athens and Limassol.
